These two webinars will address the insurance coverage issues that have arisen following Hurricanes Harvey and Irma in Texas and Florida, respectively. The presentations will address the types of issues that insurers and coverage attorneys have dealt with following the influx of claims arising from the Hurricane related damages arising from these two storms.

Pablo Caceres primarily litigates complex First and Third-Party Coverage matters in state and federal courts, including appeals. Pablo has successfully handled hundreds of hurricane and other high-value property claims, totaling well into the hundreds of millions of dollars, and he has defended E&O claims asserted against multi-national insurance brokers. He also has significant litigation experience with first and third-party bad faith claims.
Jay Jackter began his career with Safeco Insurance Company in 1976, then focused on first party property claims with General Accident before moving on to multiple technical & managerial positions with CNA, AIG, Ohio Casualty and now Liberty Mutual. Jay has been a field adjuster, general adjuster, regional supervisor, claims branch manager, claims audit manager, regional claims manager and now acts as a property litigation consultant. His career has spanned over 40 years in the claims industry. Jay currently directs First Party Commercial Litigation defense files for Liberty Mutual Commercial Insurance across the east coast and beyond, encompassing 18 States.
