The "New" Face of FAPE After Endrew F.

This program would address some major issues stemming from the United States Supreme Court's 2017 Endrew F. decision.  With the Court squarely addressing, for the first time in 35 years, a major part of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act's (IDEA) free appropriate public education (FAPE) mandate, Endrew F. represents an important chapter the Court's IDEA case law.
