Tara Jones is a Lead Paralegal at AOL, Inc., and has been with the company for over twenty years. She is manages the E-Discovery group at Oath, and also is the go-to paralegal for all Commercial Litigation. Tara has an MBA with an emphasis on Project Management as well as under grad degrees in Paralegal Studies. She's married to her wife of over 11 years and they have a daughter who is nearly 18 years old.
Tiana Van Dyk is the Manager of eDiscovery and Litigation Support at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer, LLP. Tiana has extensive experience developing in-house policies and procedures to streamline eDiscovery and control costs. She works closely with clients to facilitate all aspects of eDiscovery, while finding creative solutions to manage the various phases of document production. Her analytical approach provides a solid foundation for clients to realize success in their eDiscovery projects.
Kevin M. Clark is the litigation support manager at Thompson & Knight LLP. He is also the chair of the e-Discovery and Information Governance Committee of the Washington D.C. Bar and on the Programs Committee of the Legal Technology Professionals Institute, a non-profit trade association focused on developing and maintaining operational and ethical standards, best practices, guidelines, and resources.
