Bias Interrupters – Strategies for Confronting Bias and Changing Mind Sets
Research studies point to bias as the major cause of these hidden barriers. Unconscious bias is difficult to root out in organizations. But there is a new movement afoot to institutionalize diversity and inclusion through “inclusion nudges,” which fight unconscious bias at a whole new level.
