Remote Advocacy


Presented By: DRI’s Young Lawyers Committee 

This program will address best practices in remote advocacy, including appearances at depositions, hearings, and trials.  We will identify technologies that can improve your presentation during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.  Further, we will show pitfalls to avoid in this remote world, including the prior exchange of exhibits, preparing witnesses for remote testimony, coordinating with opposing counsel for stipulations on presentation, and other technological considerations.
