Jacqueline and Stacy discuss an alternative approach to negotiation and conflict resolution based in the concepts of collaborative negotiation. After discussing how to “Expand the Pie” in litigation matters and moving outside the typical bracket-style mediation, the program will also cover how to deal with problematic mediators, and how to use ADR scenarios to accomplish strategic goals in litigation.
