COVID-19 And The Construction Industry - What You Need To Know

The COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all aspects of industry.  This panel will discuss many of the issues facing the construction industry, including force majeure contractual provisions; whether construction is considered an "essential business" when interpreting "stay at home" orders issued by local government; various employment issues facing the construction industry; and the effect of COVID-19 on insurance coverage issues, including business interruption.  In addressing these topics, the panel will offer its expertise and guidance to help guide attendees through this uncertain time.
