Clarence C. Easterday, Western Express Inc

Clarence C. Easterday is the Executive Advisor for Western Express, Inc., a Nashville, Tennessee based transportation company. Clarence started his transportation career with Schneider National Carriers in 1984 and joined Western Express in 2002. His responsibilities at Western Express included supervision of safety programs, insurance program design and purchasing, claims, some human resource functions, and working with defense counsel to develop case strategy.

Nancy Grugle, CHFP, Exigent Group Ltd

Dr. Nancy Grugle is a Board Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) with over 20 years of academic, research and industry experience in human factors engineering. Her areas of specialization include fatigue, sleep deprivation and drowsy driving as well as distracted driving, looming, visibility/conspicuity and driver behavior. Dr. Grugle has conducted hundreds of investigations on cases involving these issues as well as cases involving transportation safety (expectancy and positive guidance), autonomous vehicles, and work zone safety.

Jennifer Parrott, Drew, Eckl & Farnham

Jennifer Parrott, a Partner at Drew, Eckl & Farnham's Atlanta office, focuses her practice in civil litigation and represents individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in state and federal courts. Her practice includes an emphasis on general liability and insurance litigation, transportation/trucking law, personal injury, products liability, and commercial litigation.
