Specifically, attendees will take a look a variety of discovery requests received by trucking defense attorneys, the importance of knowing what documents your client has and what those documents show (or don’t show), strategies for limiting overbroad and extensive discovery requests, the ways in which responding to written discovery requests can impact the future of your case and/or other cases, and how to pick your battles when objecting to discovery requests and responding to a request for a privilege log.
