Lateral Employee Hiring and Separation

Thomas Feher, Thompson Hine, LLP

Thomas Feher is a litigation partner at Thompson Hine, LLP.  He has served as Thompson Hine’s Loss Prevention Partner for over a decade, where he counsels lawyers and management, as well as defending claims. Tom also represents lawyers outside the firm on issues related to legal ethics, compliance, disciplinary investigations and related professional responsibility matters. Tom is also a contributor to the Firm’s legal ethics blog, The Law for Lawyers Today.
 

Bonnie R. Moss, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company

Bonnie R. Moss has been the Managing Attorney for State Farm’s Claim Litigation Counsel office in San Diego for the past 20 years.  Her office defends law suits brought against State Farm insureds that are covered by their homeowner or automobile policy.  Prior to that time, Bonnie was a partner in a private insurance defense firm representing primarily self-insured retailers.
