Attendees will hear from experienced trucking lawyers on the best ways to prepare for and take the deposition of a plaintiff’s accident reconstructionist, how to challenge and/or attack the plaintiff’s expert’s credibility, and how to use the plaintiff’s accident reconstructionist to establish opinions that are favorable to the defense.
