Attendees will hear from experienced trucking lawyers on the best ways to prepare for and take the deposition of a plaintiff’s accident reconstructionist, how to challenge and/or attack the plaintiff’s expert’s credibility, and how to use the plaintiff’s accident reconstructionist to establish opinions that are favorable to the defense. Attendees will also take away practical tips and strategies that can be immediately implemented in their cases and will feel more confident in their abilities to prepare for and take a successful deposition of the plaintiff’s accident reconstructionist
