This session will give basics on the statute (with brief intro to MSHA and other related safety agencies as well), the agency, how it operates, and will also discuss the upcoming heat stress standard, how to prepare for it, and other frequently cited standards including fall protection/ladders/scaffolds, ingress/egress issues, and pinch points.
