The NLRA directly affects the scope and substance of many policies in non-union workplaces.  This session will discuss best practices for non-union employers to avoid Unfair Labor Practices when writing and enforcing policies, including those addressing discipline and discharge, confidentiality, emails, social media, gag orders in private arbitration agreements, logos and uniforms, and other typical policies that can run afoul of the NLRA.
