Governments, businesses and law firms are facing unprecedented challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. While our nation continues to come together to “flatten the curve,” soon our attention will turn to how and when we return to work, and what the “new normal” looks like. What legal and practical considerations should businesses and law firms take into account in developing a return-to-work plan? Has the pandemic demonstrated that telework is feasible for most white-collar positions and, if so, what are the implications? How do law firms and businesses weigh employee health concerns against customer demands?
