Session Description: COVID-19 vaccinations have begun, and along with the vaccines come questions about impact in the workplace. The EEOC issued updated COVID-19 guidance to include questions about vaccines on December 16. This webinar covers EEOC guidance and legal issues around workplace policies related to vaccines. Other topics include: the latest status of the FFCRA and other federal laws that have new implications in the era of COVID.
