Dan Winkler is responsible for overseeing Westfield Insurance’s litigation management and legal research support functions in Westfield Center, Ohio. He has been a featured speaker and author on the topic of litigation management, drawing on both his experience as a practicing attorney and on his 20-plus years of experience in the claims and litigation management arena. The Westfield Claims Legal Department, which he leads, was recently honored as one of the ten most innovative legal departments in America by Inside Counsel magazine. Mr. Winkler is an active member of DRI, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the FDCC.
