"Kerry has more than ten years of experience defending airlines in personal injury litigation and defending aviation component manufacturers in product liability litigation. She has additional experience with aviation contract interpretation and litigation. Kerry advises airlines on aviation insurance coverage issues, and she assists commercial airlines with NTSB investigations. Kerry involves herself in all aspects of the aviation-law community. She founded the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Space and Aviation Law Committee, is an active member of the International Aviation Women’s Association, and enjoys speaking and writing on topics involving aviation law."
