Michael Drumke
Michael W. Drumke is a partner with Swanson Martin & Bell LLP in Chicago where he serves as a Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Practice Group. He focuses his practice on business litigation and other complex litigation matters, including class actions, toxic tort, product liability, environmental, insurance coverage and cannabis litigation. Mr. Drumke is a Past Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS). He is also a Past Chair of the TIPS Cannabis Law & Policy Committee. He has served a Member of the ABA Board of Governors and has served in the ABA House of Delegates where he has introduced resolutions in favor of cannabis banking reform.
