Michael Merlino is the Senior Vice President of Medicare Compliance and Structured Settlements for Sedgwick. Michael is responsible for planning and leading a Medicare compliance department to assist Sedgwick clients whose workers’ compensation, general liability, and professional liability claims involve personal injury matters with potential Medicare compliance components. He also oversees Sedgwick’s Medicare (MMSEA/SCHIP) reporting team as well; ensuring that Sedgwick is fully compliant with this portion of Medicare compliance. As president of Galaher Settlements, he is also responsible for Sedgwick’s structure broker company.
