Part 1 of this webinar series covered legal and practical considerations businesses and law firms should take into account in developing a return-to-work plan. This session will address the next steps. What legal and operational constraints are law firms and clients facing? What proactive measures can be taken to ensure ongoing legal compliance, business continuity and operation profitability? How should law firms and clients partner in new ways in the post-COVID-19 era? The session will also re-cap return-to-work issues raised in Part 1 and respond to the questions raised during that session. This will include mitigating risk and avoiding liability in the post-COVID-19 environment.

CLE programs which take place outside of Alaska are not required to be accredited by the Alaska Bar Association. Alaska Bar members may claim credit for attendance at CLE programs offered in or from other jurisdictions if the program has been accredited by another MCLE jurisdiction.
