Laura E. Proctor serves as divisional general counsel-siding for Louisiana Pacific Corporation in Nashville, Tennessee where she provides advice and counsel on all legal matters or problems involving the company's siding division. She also serves LP's head of litigation and director of compliance. She served as DRI president in 2015/2016 and was the organization's first corporate counsel president and its third female president in it's fifty year history.
